Salt and Stone Strong
Rooted & Resilient. Power & Purpose. Refined & Ready.
Salt & Stone Strong is where strength meets purpose. We believe true health starts from within-mindset, identity and discipline. Rooted in resilience and refined by truth, this pillar is designed to help you buid a life of power and purpose, whether you’re navigating your health journey, developing mental toughness, or training the next generation of athletes. Were here to equip you to live strong, body mind and spirit so you can rise ready for every assignment God has for you.
Mindset Training -
Physical training builds the body while mindset training builds the competitor. Without mental strength - focus, resilience, and confidence-talent alone falls short. Athletes who train their minds are better equipped to handle pressure, bounce back from failure, and lead with character both on and off the field. True performance comes when physical preparation and mental discipline work together. We have worked with elite and professional athletes as well as trained with some of the top mindset trainers for world class athletes to prepare the tools to help you or your kids get to the next level in whatever athletics you are involved in.
We offer mindset training coaching sessions and programs to help get Athletes of all ages in the right headspace for competing against the toughest competitor, yourself.

Mindset Training for Strength & Fitness
Strong Mind. Strong Body. All for His Glory.
Being mentally strong goes hand in hand with being physically strong.
If we only train our bodies but neglect our mindset, we limit the strength God has called us to walk in. True strength starts in our thoughts, flows through our actions, and reflects in the results we give back to Him.
We are not called to control every outcome—but we are called to steward our effort, honor Him with our bodies, and run our race with endurance.
Pillars of a God-Honoring Mindset for Fitness & Strength
1. Mental Resilience — Train Your Thoughts
☐ Renew your mind daily (Romans 12:2)
☐ Speak life, not limitation
☐ When doubt creeps in, stay neutral—don't label the moment, just keep moving
☐ Replace “I can’t” with “I will try, and God will strengthen me”
2. Physical Stewardship — Honor the Body God Gave You
☐ Your body is a temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
☐ Train with purpose, not punishment
☐ Fuel your body well—what you eat affects your energy and clarity
☐ Rest is as important as hard work—schedule recovery
3. Surrender the Outcome — Give the Results to God
☐ Your worth isn’t measured by numbers (scale, PRs, times)
☐ God sees your faithfulness, not your finish line
☐ Progress is obedience in motion
☐ Celebrate effort, not perfection
4. Run YOUR Race — Stay in Your Lane
☐ Comparison steals strength—fix your eyes on Jesus
☐ Your assignment is unique—train for what God has called you to do
☐ Progress may be slow—consistency builds strength
☐ Encourage others on their journey—strong people lift others
Action Steps: Today's Mental & Physical Training Plan
📝 What negative thought will I replace today?
💪 One small action I will take to strengthen my body today:
🙏 One way I will give the results to God today:
Remember:
Strength isn’t just physical. It’s found in your willingness to show up, work hard, and surrender the rest to Him. Your race. His glory.
For athletes, high performers, and driven individuals, the mindset of “win at all costs” often starts young.
You were conditioned to chase excellence, to give 110%, and to believe that anything short of success equals failure. That mentality may have served you well on the field, in the gym, or in your career—but what happens when real life doesn’t work like that?
As a mom of four daughters, I know this battle firsthand—and my husband does too. Pressure to perform as a parent, a wife, a member of the community, as a business owner. Parenting, marriage, faith, home life—it can feel like an endless scoreboard. And when you’re wired for performance, falling short in any area feels crushing. We need to figure out where that line is in doing our best, feeling stretched is ok but not crushed. God never called us to be perfect. He called us to be steadfast, to be strong, and to run our race with endurance—leaning not on our own strength, but His because there is no we we can do it on our own.
Sometimes, the only person we’re competing with… is ourselves. We hold ourselves to impossible standards, forgetting that God offers grace, not scorecards. Growth doesn’t always look like a gold medal. Sometimes it looks like showing up tired, being present, and giving what you can—trusting that His strength fills the gaps.
For some of us, the pressure runs even deeper. Maybe you come from a long line of athletes, high achievers, or successful business owners—The hard truth is, when your identity becomes so wrapped up in your athletic ability and performance, what happens when that season ends? When you get injured or graduate from College? For many of us, the day our athletic career is over, we’re left feeling empty—wondering who we really are without the game, the wins (the losses), the team and the recognition. Thankfully, I was able to stay connected to sports and coaching for a while, and that filled my cup—but only temporarily. But what I didn’t realize at the time was that I had placed all of my worth and value in who I was, as a person, was in my identity an athlete, not my identity in Christ. It took me a long time to mentally “retire” my brain from that performance-driven identity. I’ve learned now to use it as a tool to stay strong and healthy, rather than allowing it to define my worth as a person. But I’ll be honest, there are still days I struggle with that tension, and that is what lead me to create Salt and Stone Strong. If I can help encourage you to continue to be an “athlete” whether it is on a field, in a gym, in a house, or at an office I want to do that for you now. If I can help you avoid some of the mental pitfalls I fell into….I can save you some heartache.
With that, the pressure to perform, to carry the family name (or get rid of it), it can feel unbearable. Or maybe your family story is different—a history marked by addiction, poverty, or patterns of failure that society says define you. Either way, here’s the truth: your family’s history does not determine your future.
You have the authority, through Christ, to break generational bondage—the silent expectations, the cycles of performance, the fear of failure—and step boldly into the unique calling God has placed on your life. Your story isn’t limited by what’s behind you. In fact, the peaks and valleys your family—and you—have walked through can be the very foundation God uses to launch you forward.
It’s time to stop measuring your worth by performance and start living rooted in purpose, resilience, and the unshakable truth of who God says you are.
Now how do you get started?
That’s where the Salt and Stone Strong Athlete Mindset Program comes in. This isn’t just about physical strength—it’s about training and renewing your mind and spirit to stay grounded in your identity in Christ, no matter what life throws at you.

Salt & Stone Strong Mindset Programs
Renew Your Mind. Strengthen Your Body. Stand Firm in Your Calling.
True strength isn’t found in perfect performance — it’s found in who God says you are. That’s why our Salt & Stone Strong Mindset Programs help you renew your mind daily, break free from unhealthy patterns, and show up with strength — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
We offer three specific programs, designed for the unique challenges and callings of:
1. Salt & Stone Strong — Moms Edition
For the women raising the next generation, leading their homes, and carrying unseen weights.
Being a mom is one of the greatest callings — and often, one of the hardest mental battles. From comparison to burnout, many of us are chasing impossible standards and measuring our worth by our performance as moms, wives, or business owners.
This program equips you to:
Renew your mind daily with truth (Romans 12:2)
Stop competing with impossible standards
Find strength in your God-given identity, not your to-do list
Steward your health, your home, and your mindset with purpose
Walk in grace — for yourself, your family, and your season
Biblical Foundation:
Your worth is not measured by what you accomplish, but by what God accomplished for you. You are chosen, equipped, and called (Ephesians 2:10).
2. Salt & Stone Strong — Dads Edition
For men called to lead, protect, and provide — without carrying the crushing weight of performance.
The world tells men to measure success by status, strength, and striving. But God’s design for fathers and leaders is built on stewardship, resilience, and faith.
This program helps you:
Renew your mind daily — trading pressure for purpose
Lead your family from a place of strength and humility
Break free from generational patterns of striving or failure
Steward your body, mindset, and influence as a reflection of God’s leadership
Stay rooted in your calling — in your home, career, and community
Biblical Foundation:
God never called you to lead alone — He called you to lead with Him. Strength isn’t about control; it’s about submission and stewardship (Micah 6:8, Joshua 1:9).
3. Salt & Stone Strong — Young Athlete Edition
For athletes and high performers learning that identity isn’t defined by wins and losses.
The mindset of “win at all costs” starts young — but so does the opportunity to build true strength. This program equips young athletes to train their bodies, steward their mindset, and stay grounded in their God-given identity — on and off the field.
This program teaches you to:
Renew your mind daily — before practice, after games, always
Train hard, honor God, and surrender the outcome
Break free from identity rooted in performance
Stay neutral in tough moments — don’t spiral, don’t quit
Build mental resilience that lasts beyond sports
Biblical Foundation:
Your identity isn’t in your stats — it’s in your Savior. You were created for more than the game — but called to play it with all your heart (Colossians 3:23, 2 Timothy 4:7).
